A Little Getaway

We went for an overnight trip this past weekend to the Fallsview Waterpark in Niagara Falls. We just wanted to get away for a short trip with the kids and they love waterparks so that is what we decided to do. We got a package deal with hotel and waterpark pass which was very reasonable and the kids had a great time. It is getting easier to travel with the kids now that they are getting older. We just have to keep them entertained all day so that they aren't cooped up in the hotel room with an abundance of energy. I have also learned to pack our own snacks and to bring our own cereal and muffins for a quick and inexpensive breakfast. There are all kinds of breakfast buffets in Niagara which seem like a great deal but I find that the kids simply don't eat enough to justify the cost of the kids' buffet.
