I came across a great broccoli-cauliflower recipe that not only is delicious but is also easy to make. It is from The Pioneer Woman. The casserole would make a great side dish or is hearty
on its own. I like how The Pioneer Woman has provided step by step photos of how she prepared the dish. She also provides entertaining descriptions of the steps involved.
