Last night I slept a full 8 hours for the first time in 4 years! My 4 year old and 2 year old have not been very good sleepers from day one and most nights my 2 year old is up once or twice and my 4 year old is often up once per night. As a parent, sleep is a luxury and you don't know how important sleep is until you become deprived.
I am so happy for you that you were able to get a good nights sleep. I wish that sleep was something that we as mothers could have more of but I guess it is just not meant to be. Hopefully you will get a few more good nights soon!

Thank you. Sleep deprivation is something that no one can prepare you for and it really does take a toll on your mind and body.
